This Withdrawal Policy governs all withdrawal requests from a C444 account and forms part of the Terms of Service. The Company may modify this Policy without prior notice to reflect arrangements with payment providers, regulators, and financial institutions. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the then-current policy.
To initiate a withdrawal, the User must complete identity verification (KYC). The Company may request additional documentation and may perform enhanced due diligence at any stage. Users are responsible for all fees and taxes applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. The Company is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on funds held in user accounts. The Company reserves the right to apply or withhold funds as required by law, regulator directives, or internal policy, including freezes or holds for AML/KYC purposes.
