This Self-Exclusion Policy sets out the options available to players registered with C444 to pause or prohibit activity on the platform. A Time-Out provides a short, temporary break from all C444 products. While a Time-Out is active, the user cannot deposit funds, withdraw funds, place bets, or access any of the platform’s services. The durations available for Time-Out are displayed in the Account Profile under the Time-Out settings. A Time-Out can be revoked only after a minimum period of 24 hours from the initial request. When the Time-Out ends, the account is automatically re-activated for all products.
Self-Exclusion is a longer-term restriction in which a user requests that their account remains closed for a defined period. To initiate Self-Exclusion, the user must contact C444 by email to communicate the decision to pause activity. Upon receipt of the email request, the account enters the first stage: a 24-hour cooling-off period during which no gambling activity is permitted. During this cooling-off period, deposits and withdrawals are disabled. After the cooling-off period has elapsed, and while the account remains closed, the user will be informed of the available Self-Exclusion durations. The set durations are pre-defined and cannot be varied. To proceed with the selected exclusion period, the user must submit a further email confirming the choice. If no response is received within a further 24 hours, the account will be reopened and confirmed by email. During Self-Exclusion, the account will be disabled and no deposits or withdrawals are permitted for the duration of the exclusion. Upon expiration of the Self-Exclusion, the account is automatically re-activated.
When establishing an account or at any time thereafter, a user may set personal limits to govern gambling activity. Limits may pertain to deposits, losses, or time spent. If the user exceeds the maximum self-imposed limit, further actions related to that limit are restricted. Any request to revoke a limit or an exclusion must be made in writing or by electronic notice to C444. The Company will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to deny them. C444 undertakes reasonable steps to ensure that Self-Exclusion procedures are followed and to prevent promotional material from being sent to excluded players. The Company is not liable for activity conducted via other accounts that use altered registration details or for any promotional material inadvertently received by the user.
C444 is committed to enforcing Self-Exclusion and related protections. If a user encounters difficulties during or after Self-Exclusion, they should seek appropriate professional support through recognised independent gambling support services. The policy does not replace access to formal dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law and regulatory requirements. The user acknowledges that, where applicable, age verification and compliance with age-related restrictions remain in effect and that under-18 participation is strictly prohibited.
Access to the C444 platform is restricted to individuals who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. The Company shall perform age verification in accordance with its Know Your Customer procedures. Underage gambling is unlawful and prohibited.
